By using Kwic AI's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of the terms, please do not use our services.

Kwic AI provides AI image generation services based on Nano Banana AI technology. Our services include but are not limited to:

AI image generation functionality
Image editing and enhancement features
Credit and membership management system
User account management

3. User Account

You need to create an account to use certain service features. You are responsible for maintaining account security and are liable for all activities conducted through your account. Do not share your login credentials.

4. Usage Restrictions

When using our services, you agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Generate illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

5. Intellectual Property

Images you generate using Kwic AI belong to you. However, you must comply with our usage policies and ensure you do not infringe on third-party rights. All technology, code, and branding of Kwic AI remain our property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kwic AI provides services on an 'as is' basis without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Payments and Credits

Purchases of memberships, credit packs, or add-on services are billed through your selected payment provider. All fees are denominated in the currency shown at checkout, and you are responsible for any bank fees, exchange costs, or taxes. Credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing, are non-transferable, and cannot be resold.

8. Generated Content Usage

Subject to compliance with these terms, you receive a worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, or sell the assets you create with Kwic AI. You must ensure your prompts and uploads are properly licensed and do not violate applicable law. We may use anonymized prompts or outputs to improve our models, but we will never publicly attribute them to you without consent.

9. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any content you generate, upload, or distribute through the service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kwic AI, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we detect suspicious activity, payment disputes, policy violations, or prolonged inactivity. You may cancel your account at any time via the account dashboard. Upon termination, any unused credits are forfeited and you must cease further use of restricted assets.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Kwic AI operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in the same jurisdiction. Certain consumer protection rights may still apply depending on your residence.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notice, or an updated timestamp on this page. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
