1. Refund Policy Overview

We are committed to providing quality services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Services not delivered as promised
  • Unresolvable technical issues
  • Refund request made within 7 days of purchase (for membership subscriptions)

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used credits (credits consumed for generated images)
  • Membership subscriptions beyond 7 days
  • Accounts that violated Terms of Service

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via support@kwic.ai
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method

5. Refund Timeline

Refund processing time depends on your payment method. Alipay refunds typically take 1-3 business days, while credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your membership subscription at any time. After cancellation, your membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

7. Credit Adjustments & Partial Refunds

If only part of your credits or plan benefits were used, we may grant a pro-rated refund or convert the unused balance into account credits, provided that less than 20% of the purchased credits (or fewer than 50 credits, whichever is higher) has been consumed. Once this threshold is exceeded, credits are considered fully delivered and become non-refundable. Promotional bonuses, gifted credits, and trial allocations have no cash value and cannot be refunded. Please submit requests within 14 days of purchase together with your order ID and screenshots showing your remaining balance.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback automatically pauses your account and access to generated assets until the investigation is resolved. You are responsible for bank or processor fees caused by unfounded disputes, and repeat chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of your Kwic AI account.

9. Third-Party Purchases

If you bought Kwic AI products through a marketplace, mobile app store, or reseller, you must request refunds directly from that vendor under their policies. Because we cannot access those billing systems, we are unable to process refunds for third-party transactions.
